A reservation is only binding once we have confirmed it in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and any agreed deposit has been received. Rates, availability and amenities may change until a reservation is confirmed.

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are indicative and can vary with season, length of stay and number of guests. The confirmed price is the one stated in your written confirmation.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions are stated in your reservation confirmation and depend on the residence and the booking channel. Please read them before confirming.

5. Liability

All content on this website is provided with care. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Photos show example units; furniture and finishes may vary. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of this website, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
