Where are the InStyle residences?
All three are in Sosúa on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic: Rizz Suites in the town centre (El Batey), 500 m from Sosúa beach; Infiniti Blu on the oceanfront at Playa Alicia; and the Casa Linda villas in a gated resort on Carretera El Choco, 5 to 10 minutes from the beach. Puerto Plata airport (POP) is about 15 to 20 minutes away.
How much does a stay cost?
Rizz Suites apartments start at $75 per night or $1,290 per month for a studio. Oceanfront apartments at Infiniti Blu start at about $1,990 per month for long stays, and Casa Linda villas with a private pool at about $2,200 per month. For short stays in the villas and larger apartments we send a personal quote for your dates.
Can I book directly, without a booking platform?
Yes. Rizz Suites can be booked online in two minutes. For Casa Linda and Infiniti Blu you send us your dates by form, email or WhatsApp and we reply with availability and a quote, usually within a few hours. Booking direct means no platform fees.
Do you offer monthly rates for long stays?
Yes. All three residences work for a weekend as well as for a month or a whole season, and we quote monthly rates on request.
Which residence is best for families?
The Casa Linda villas: 2 to 5 bedrooms for up to 10 guests, your own pool, and a resort with waterpark, restaurants, tennis and a free shuttle to Sosúa beach. For couples who want to walk everywhere, Rizz Suites; for the sea right outside the door, Infiniti Blu.
